Carmel’s triple-overtime win over former No. 5 North Central shakes-up the middle of this week’s High School Football America Indiana Top 10. The Greyhounds move from No. 7 to No. 6 with the victory with Ben Davis on this week’s schedule. North Central falls to No. 8.
Carmel is still a millimeter behind No. 5 Center Grove, which owns a 17-7 victory over the Greyhounds. If Carmel beats Ben Davis, it will set-up a Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference showdown with nationally-ranked Warren Central. The Warriors are No. 14 in the latest High School Football America 100 national rankings.
Warren Central currently leads the MIC with a 5-0 record. Carmel is 3-1 and Center Grove sports a 3-2 league mark.
