Katy, ranked No. 24 in the High School Football America 100 national rankings, closed out the regular season Friday night with a 24-0 shutout of Katy Taylor, which sends the Tigers into next week’s playoffs on a nine game win streak. The Tigers only loss this year came in the season opener to North Shore, which is currently ranked No. 12 in our national rankings.

Next week, Katy will take on Fort Ben Travis in the Class 6A Division I Bi-District playoffs.
