Coming into the Elite 11 quarterback competition in Frisco, Texas, Rancho Cucamonga senior QB C.J. Stroud had 13 college football scholarship offers. Now that he’s been named the MVP of the Elite 11, look for that number to go up.
The uncommitted Stroud, who is considered a 3-star recruit, led Team Savage to a 34-6 championship over Team Drip in the event’s 7-on-7 competition. Stroud completed 81-percent of his passes with twelve touchdowns.
