Two more weeks to go in the 2019 high school football season, but the coming weekend will go a long way to crowning the High School Football America 100 national champ.
No. 1 St. John Bosco can all but wrap-up our “mythical” national championship if it beats No. 7 De La Salle this weekend in the California Open Division. If the Spartans beat SJB, then the floodgates will open-up.
Related: No. 101 through No. 125
Who’s waiting in the wings?
No. 4 St. Thomas Aquinas, if it wins the Florida 7A, will have a good argument, since the Raiders would finish with a perfect record that would include a season-opening win over De La Salle. No. 5 Duncanville is also in good position if it can capture the Texas Class 6A Division I title.
The only new team to the Top 100 this week is Oklahoma Class 6A-II champ Bixby at No. 100.
