They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In the the case of a Cumberland Valley high school football player, a seven second video tells a big story.

On Twitter, Cumberland Valley High School (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania) sophomore-to-be Gerald Steigleman a.k.a. @Gerald02552672 posted a video of himself working-out with hay bales while his school is closed during the coronavirus pandemic.

And, if you look at the rest of his Twitter account, you will see Steigleman is working hard to impress his new varsity head football coach Josh Oswalt, who was named the Eagles’ head coach in December.

Steigleman tags his coach in every tweet to let him know that he’s not taking days off. Coach Oswalt said his players are being “very creative in this unique time.”
