Mount Lebanon’s 37-30 win over former No. 7 Pittsburgh Central Catholic brings the Blue Devils in a big way into the High School Football America Pennsylvania Top 25 at No. 7. The Blue Devils had to battle back from a 17-point deficit in the game. Mt. Lebanon is now 2-2.
Harrisburg, which finally got to play a game, whipped Berks Catholic 62-28 to move-up four spots in the latest rankings to No. 16.
Top-ranked St. Joseph’s Prep also played its first contest of 2020. The Hawks beat Life Christian Academy (Virginia) 41-24, which sets-up its annual showdown against La Salle College High School next week. La Salle is up two spots to No. 5 after knocking-off No. 20 Downingtown East 27-7.
