The third time was the charm for Central Valley, which Friday captured its first-ever Pennsylvania high school football championship in its third trip to HersheyPark Stadium. CV, ranked No. 24 in the latest High School Football America Top 25, came-back from a 14-7 halftime deficit to beat No. 25 Wyomissing 35-21 in the Class 3A championship on Friday.
