This Friday’s game between nationally-ranked Bishop Gorman and Bishop Manogue has been cancelled due to poor air quality in Reno, Nevada. Bishop Manogue school officials decided to call-off Friday’s game in Las Vegas because the team hasn’t been able to practice due to the “hazardous air quality” in Reno due to the Caldor Fire in outside of Sacramento, California.
Gorman is the top team in our Nevada Top 10 and No. 60 in our High School Football America 100 powered by NFL Play Football, the NFL’s initiative to provide fun and engaging experience for players of all ages and skill levels.. Bishop Manogue is ranked No. 10 in the state.

Gorman will now have a bye week before traveling to to Naples, Florida for next Saturday’s game against No. 30 Miami Central (Florida).
Last week, seven Nevada high school football games were cancelled for either poor air quality or COVID-19 protocols.
