West Rowan Falcons footballScott Young is one of the top coaches in North Carolina, who has helped hundreds of student-athletes over the years.  Today, he needs our help as he awaits a heart transplant.

Chris Hughes of CarolinaPreps.com reports that  Young, the head coach at West Rowan High School, who suffered a heart attack in 2011, is going to be facing medical bills as he awaits a new heart.  In order to help-out, Hughes has set-up a GoFundMe.com account for Young, who owns a 172-54 lifetime record with three state titles.

Chris will be a guest on Thursday’s High School Football America Radio Show to talk about Coach Young and why we all should pitch-in to help him.
