Silverado rolled to its first-ever Nevada high school football championship Thursday at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders. Quarterback Brandon Tunnell tossed five touchdowns in a 61-27 victory.
Silverado entered the game ranked No. 4 in the High School Football America Nevada Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. Shadow Ridge entered the game ranked No. 7 in the statewide rankings.
