Buford remains No. 1 in the High School Football America Georgia Top 25, powered by NFL Play Football, but beneath the Wolves, it’s another week of shuffling.

No. 2 North Cobb tumbles to No. 8 this week after losing in overtime to No. 25 Northside (Warner Robins) in overtime. The Warriors are playing with Arkansas-bound quarterback Malachi Singleton, who is out for the rest of the regular season, because of a broken bone in his football.

This week, NC faces No. 11 Milton. The Eagles have won two in a row after an 0-2 start against teams ranked in the HSFA 300 national rankings.

Mill Creek continues to climb. The Hawks are up two spots to No. 3 after an impressive 52-36 win against No. 9 Cedar Grove.

MC closes-out its non-region schedule this week against Parkview, which enters the Top 25 at No. 23 this week.

Cedar Grove will try to rebound from its first loss this year when it takes-on No. 5 Colquitt County this week.

Joining Northside (Warner Robins) and Parkview in the Top 25 this week is Dutchtown at No. 24. The Bulldogs first-ever appearance in our statewide Top 25 comes on the heels of knocking-off two-time defending 5A champ Warner Robins 14-7 in the region opener for both teams.

Warner Robins falls out of the Top 25 after the Demons 1-3 start.

No. 13 Westlake plays No. 14 Collins Hill in a non-region matchup. CH is on a two-game losing streak after being beaten by unranked Sandy Creek 33-17.
