Ben Davis finishes No. 1 in final 2023 HSFA Indiana Top 10 high school football rankings

Ben Davis is the top team in Indiana for the 2023 season. The Giants finish No. 1 in the High School Football America Indiana Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, after winning the school’s tenth overall state championship.

On the national scene, Ben Davis finished No. 13 in the HSFA 300. The Giants only loss came against national power IMG Academy of Florida.

Highlighting Ben Davis’ season was a 37-34 win against Center Grove in the state’s semifinals. The victory snapped Center Grove’s run of three straight 6A state titles.

Center Grove finishes No. 2 in the statewide rankings, created with our proprietary algorithm. The Trojans finished No. 30 in the national rankings.

Brownsburg finishes No. 3. The Bulldogs only loss was to Ben Davis in the first round of the playoffs.

Back-to-back 4A champ East Central finishes No. 4 in the state, followed by 3A champ Bishop Chartard at No. 5, Westfield at No. 6, Hamilton Southeastern at No. 7, Cathedral at No. 8, Crown Point at No. 9 and Penn at No. 10.
