Two-time 5A champ Southeast Polk heads into the postseason No. 1 in the High School Football America Iowa Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Rams narrowly-edged out No. 2 Dowling Catholic in our rankings that are created with our proprietary algorithm. During the regular season, SEP beat Dowling 37-34 in overtime.
