Spain Park enters the latest High School Football America Alabama Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Jaguars are No. 8 this week after taking-down Hoover 39-37. The win also moved the Jags into the HSFA 300 national rankings at No. 295.
One week after entering the statewide rankings created with our proprietary algorithm, Hoover drops to No. 9 and No. 296 in the national rankings.
This week’s big game is between No. 7 Enterprise and No. 10 Dothan. The 7A Region 2 battle is a big one since the region also includes No. 1 Central (Phenix City) and No. 6 along with Carver-Montgomery and Opelika, who sit just outside of the Top 10 at No. 11 and No. 12.
Auburn plays its region opener against Opelika.
