For the first time since 2018, 7-time Tennessee state champ Alcoa is celebrating a win over arch-rival Maryville. The 27-14 win in the 94th playing of the Battle for Pistol Creek moves the Tornadoes from No. 6 to No. 5 in the latest High School Football America Tennessee Top 10, powered by NFL Play Football.
No. 2 Oakland also picked-up a Top 10 win last weekend. The Patriots won their 34th straight in their win over No. 10 Ravenwood.
