The 158th meeting between Norwich Free Academy and New London won’t be played on Thanksgiving in Norwich, Connecticut this year. NFA officials announced that the game was being moved from Wednesday at 6:30 P.M. to 1:30 in the afternoon over safety concerns. The decision was made on the combined recommendation of the Norwich and New London police departments.
Norwich Free Academy leads the all-time series 78-68-11.
