Amite prevented Many from winning back-to-back Louisiana high school football championships with a 17-6 in the Class 2A state championship game Friday at Caesars Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints.

The Amite defense was outstanding. The Warriors held the defending champs to 153 yards in total offense.
