Anna wins its first Texas high school football championship

Anna shutout Chapel Hill 26-0 Friday at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, to win the 2023 Texas Class 4A Division I championship, the school’s first state football title. And, the title comes in the school’s first-ever trip to a state championship game.

The shutout was impressive since Chapel Hill entered the game averaging over 45.6 points per game.
