Four-time Ohio state champ Archbishop Hoban is the No. 1 team in the final High School Football America Ohio Top 25 high school football rankings. The Knights are also currently ranked No. 12 in the High School Football America 100 national rankings.

Division I champ St. Edward flip-flops with Colerain at No. 2 and No. 3 in the final rankings. The only other change this week is at the bottom where Division III champ Kenston breaks into the rankings at No. 25.
