Central High School Chandler Hovik is the Week 1 winner of the Arizona Cardinals High School Coach of the Week winner.

Hovik and his Bobcats opened the 2022 season with a 34-32 win over Paradise Valley. He took over the Central program midway through the 2018 season on an interim basis, before becoming the full-time head coach for the 2019 season.

Last year, Hovik led the school to a 5-4 record, its first winning season since 2017.
