This week marks the first time in the history of the High School Football America Massachusetts Top 10 high school football rankings, Billerica Memorial is one of the top ten programs in the state. The Indians break into the statewide rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, at No. 9 after a 32-27 win over former No. 5 Central Catholic. CC drops to No. 10 in the latest rankings with an 0-3 record. The Raiders other two losses have come against No. 2 St. John’s Prep and No. 3 Springfield Central.
The week ahead is a big one with Central Catholic trying to get into the win column against No. 4 Xaverian Brothers and No. 6 Everett facing No. 8 BC High.
