Bingham captured Utah’s Class 5A title, coming back from a 10-0 second quarter deficit to beat Lone Peak 17-10 on Friday.  The win capped a perfect 14-0 season for the Miners, who have now won five state titles since 2009.  The victory also avenged a semifinal loss to Lone Peak in last year’s state semis.

Bingham entered the game ranked #1 in the High School Football America Utah Top 10, while Lone Peak was ranked #3.
