You know when Bishop Gorman gets to the in-state part of its schedule, the Gaels usually start putting-up impressive numbers. That’s the case so far this year.

The top-ranked team in the High School Football America Nevada Top 10, powered by NFL Play Football, continues to roll since its one-point loss to nationally-ranked Hamilton (Arizona) a month ago. The Gaels, who are ranked No. 19 nationally in the HSFA 100, have won three straight since the Hamilton loss without allowing a point.

The Gaels, who play Palo Verde this week, have outscored their opponents 165-0 in the last three games.

No. 2 Liberty, which is the state’s defending 4A champs (2019), also continues to roll since its September 10 loss to the nation’s No. 1 team, Mater Dei. Last week, the Patriots pounded No. 8 Green Valley 43-6.

Shadow Ridge drops a spot to No. 7 after losing to unranked Coronado 25-21.
