All season long, Harrisburg’s Bishop McDevitt has been flirting with being in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. After Friday night’s exciting Pennsylvania 5A championship overtime win over No. 138 Roman Catholic, the Crusaders will probably find themselves inside the HSFA 300 when the new rankings are revealed on Sunday.

The game came down an Aiden Grella field goal that just made it through the uprights when a RC got a hand on the kick. You can watch the 34-31 win below from our friends at EasternPAFootball.com.

Below is another angle.

The state championship is the third overall for McDevitt, who enter the game ranked No. 7 in our PA Top 25.

Roman Catholic was looking for its first-ever state championship and will likely fall from its No. 4 Pennsylvania ranking when we release our final Top 25.
