Servite moves up to No. 6 in the latest High School Football America California Top 25 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Friars three spot climb comes after a 20-7 win over former No. 6 JSerra, which drops a spot to No. 7.

Next up for Servite is its annual battle against No. 1 Mater Dei in Week 2 of Trinity League play.

No. 2 St. John Bosco survived a scare from No. 3 Orange Lutheran. The Braves, who play No. 10 Santa Margarita Friday, overcame a 10-0 halftime deficit on the way to a 28-24 win. With quarterback Matai Fuiava sidelined with an injury, freshman Koa Malau’ulu tossed four second half touchdown passes in the win.

OLu will try to rebound this week against JSerra.

Inglewood makes its first appearance in the Call Top 10 after a 34-29 win over former No. 16 Leuzinger. The Sentinels break-in a No. 18. Leuzinger falls two spots to No. 20.
