With the second week of the 2014 high school football season in the books, the Week-2 CarolinaPreps.com Power Rankings are being released, showcasing the 25 best programs in each classification in North Carolina and the 15 best programs in each class in South Carolina.
Unlike media polls or rankings based solely on records, reputation, or past championships, the Carolina Preps team ranks teams based on a variety of factors including strength of schedule, quality wins, quality losses, roster and coaching experience.
