Cathedral opens the postseason in two weeks against South Vigo. Fans are looking forward to a possible state quarterfinal matchup between the Fighting Irish and No. 2 and defending state champ New Palestine.

The 6A bracket should be exciting. The biggest first round matchup in two weeks features No. 3 Avon taking-on No. 7 Brownsburg. On September 13, Avon nipped the Bulldogs 7-3.
