Christian Brothers snapped a four-game losing streak against its arch-rivals ascend to the top of the latest High School Football America Missouri Top 10 powered by NFL Play Football. The Cadets 44-29 win over De Smet was led by quarterback Patrick Heitert, who ran for 131 yards and four scores, plus threw for 231 yards and one touchdown.
In a big surprise, defending Class 6 champ Raymore-Pecular was beaten soundly 42-14 by Liberty North. LN roared to a 28-0 nothing lead and never looked back.
Liberty North enters the Top 10 at No. 10 and Ray-Pec drops-out.
This week’s big Top 10 game is between No. 4 Webb City and No. 7 Carthage.
