For the second straight year, Cedar Hill is a Texas state champion. And, for the second straight year, the Longhorns beat Katy for the title.

Saturday, Cedar Hill fought back from a 13-2 halftime deficit to beat the Tigers 23-20 for the 6A Division II crown.  It was the third time in a row that the two schools have met to decide the championship with Cedar Hill winning the last two.

Brooks Ralph kicked a 25-yard field goal with two seconds to go in the game to complete the comeback and capture the crown before a crowd of over 46,000 at AT&T Stadium.

Both teams finish the season 14-2.
