Centauri captures the Class 1A Colorado high school football championship by beating three-time defending state champ Limon 24-21 at CSU Pueblo. The school’s first-ever state title comes after runner-up finishes in 2013 and 2017, plus losing in the state semifinals over the last three years.

Limon was seeking its 21st overall high school football championship.
