Chandler finishes regular season ranked No. 1 in the High School Football America Arizona Top 10

Defending Open Division champ Chandler broken open a close game in the second half to beat No. 2 Chandler in a season finale between the top high school football teams in the state. Chandler led 17-14 at the half, but shutout the Huskies 17-0 in the second half to with 34-17. The two will now enter the Open Division playoffs as the top two seeds.

On the national scene, Chandler moved-up one spot this week to No. 15, while Hamilton is currently ranked No. 51. Saguaro, which goes into the Open Division playoffs as the No. 3 seed, is currently ranked No. 59 in the High School Football America 100 powered by BlackMP Living Water.

No. 5 Centennial beat No. 6 Liberty 34-24 to close-out the regular season. They’ll turn it around this week and do it all over again this week in the opening round of the Open Division postseason. Centennial is the No. 4 seed and Liberty is No. 5.
