Citrus Hill tops #23 Heritage for CIF-SS Inland football title

Citrus Hill‘s defense shutdown Heritage‘s strong ground game Friday night to win the CIF-Southern Section Inland Division football championship 29-10.

Heritage (13-1), ranked #23 in the High School Football America/SoCal Top 25, entered the game averaging 355 yards per game on the ground.  Citrus Hill (12-2) held the Patriots to under 100 yards for the game.

Citrus Hill was led by running back Devin Floyd, who ran for 151 yards.
