Greenwich begins 2019 where it ended 2018 — on top of the High school Football America Connecticut High School Football Top 10. The Cardinals are No. 1 after a season opening 49-3 over Danbury.
The defending Class LL champs are being led in 2019 by longtime assistant Anthony Morello, who takes over for John Marinelli, who left the school in June to take a coaching job at the University of Arizona.
