Corona Santiago’s Blake Barnett win Elite 11 MVP

At the start of the 2013 Blake Barnett of Corona Santiago was an unknown quarterback with potential…after winning the Elite 11 quarterback competition at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, the senior-t0-be isn’t a secret any longer.

Barnett, who has given his verbal commitment to Alabama, beat out 17 other top-rated QB’s with a quarterback ranking of 119. Barnett also led his 7-0n-7 team, Team Apocalypse, to The Opening 2014 team championship with a 19-0 win in the finals.
