While most are focusing on the 2020 high school football season, teams in California are busy getting ready for the start of this year’s season in January. SJB will play De La Salle, the team they beat 49-28 last December for the CIF Open Division title, January 8 in Bellflower, California.

Had California not moved high school football to the Spring sports season, Bosco would have been ranked No. 1 in the Preseason High School Football America 100 national rankings. De La Salle was No. 16 before we canceled the Preseason Top 100 because of the schedule changes caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
