Hodgson Vo-Tech finishes the regular season ranked No. 1 in the High School Football America Delaware Top 5.
The only change in this week’s statewide rankings is at the bottom where Howard enters at No. 5, replacing Woodbridge, which lost to Delmar in double overtime.
