It was a hot one Friday afternoon when Irvin Davis made his debut as Dorsey High School‘s head coach against reigning City Section Division II champ Hamilton.

Davis, who takes over the program from legendary Paul Knox, was cooled down after the game with a Gatorade bath by his players celebrating the team’s 33-14 victory.

Up next for Dorsey is Paraclete, while Hamilton will play Marshall.
