Our prayers go out to the family of Dutch Fork High School football player Jack Alkhatib, an offensive lineman on the No. 17 high school football team in the nation, who passed away Tuesday on the team’s practice field. Jack was 17-years old and a member of the National Honor Society with a 3.8 GPA, according to his Twitter account.
In mid-July, he proudly tweeted that he received his first college scholarship offer from Presbyterian College in South Carolina.
