Edgar defeated Potosi/Cassville 19-0 in the Wisconsin Division 7 high school football championship at Camp Randall Stadium Thursday. The game marked the 15th time that Wildcats have played for a state title. The win is the ninth for the school under head coach Jerry Sinz, who has been the head coach at the school for 50 years.

This year’s 13-1 record gives Sinz a lifetime record of 483-93. He’s second on the all-time coaching wins list. St. Mary’s Springs is the all-time leader with 522 wins.
