The Mustangs drop a couple of spots to No. 7 this week, which allows Deerfield Beach to move-up one spot to No. 5. That means this Friday’s showdown between the Bucks and St. Thomas Aquinas matches the No. 4 vs. No. 5 teams in our state rankings.
Trinity Christian Academy (Jacksonville) moves up a notch to No. 12 after beating previously unbeaten Columbia, which drops a spot to No. 22 this week. TCA also moved into the High School Football America 100 national rankings on Sunday at No. 100.
Venice is the big mover this week, climbing seven spots to No. 17 after beating former No. 17 Braden River, which drops to No. 20.
