Bowdon (14-1) quarterback Robert McNeal ended his career in fine style with two rushing touchdown and two passing in the Red Devils 39-31 win over Schley County (12-3) in the Georgia 1A Division I state championship game at Georgia State’s Center Parc Stadium. The four-year starter also made three solo tackles on defense.

On the ground, McNeal carried the ball 18 times for 78 yards. In the air, he was 4-of-6 for 79 yards.
