Former Pittsburgh Steeler Jordan Dangerfield becomes high school football coach in Florida

American Heritage High School in Delray Beach, Florida is bringing-in Jordan Dangerfield, who played seven years with the Pittsburgh Steelers, to be an assistant coach who will work the team’s defensive backs in 2022.

The announcement was made via Twitter on Friday.

Dangerfield, who spent most of his career as a special teams player and a backup safety, played his high school football in Florida at Royal Palm Beach High. He was named to Palm Beach Post and Sun-Sentinel first team as a junior and senior, plus he was named second-team All-Florida after his senior season in 2008.
