Foxcroft Academy beat Winthrop/Monmouth Academy/Hall-Dale 19-16 for the 2021 Maine Class D high school football championship. It was the program’s first since 2012.
Foxcroft senior quarterback Austin Seavey’s 3-yard touchdown run with early in the fourth quarter was the difference. The Ponies finish a perfect 11-0.
