Georgia Top 25 high school football rankings heading into state semifinals

Walton continues to soar in the High School Football America Georgia Top 25 powered by NFL Play Football. The Raiders move-up seven spots to No. 6 in the latest rankings after advancing into the state semifinals.

This week, Walton will take-on No. 3 Milton in the Class 7A semis. On the other side of the bracket, it will be a rematch of the 2020 state championship when No. 1 Collins Hill takes-on No. 13 Grayson.

In last year’s title game, Grayson won 38-14 after building a 35-0 halftime lead.

Class 5A also features two head-to-head Top 25 matchups. Defending state champ Warner Robins (No. 4.) is pitted against No. 12 Creekside, while in the other semi, No. 16 Calhoun will meet No. 18 Blessed Trinity.

New to the rankings this week is Benedictine, which advanced to the 4A semifinals after beating defending 4A champ Marist, which entered the game ranked No. 23 in the state. The Cadets make their first-ever Georgia Top 25 appearance at No. 25.
