Woodward Academy soars in the final regular season High School Football America Georgia Top 25 powered by NFL Play Football. The War Eagles jump from No. 22 to No. 15 after beating former No. 8 Creekside 21-14, giving Woodward the Region 3-AAAAA championship. Creekside tumbles eight spots to No. 16 this week.
The victory also moves Woodward Academy into the High School Football America 100 national rankings at No. 197. It’s the first time that the War Eagles have ever been in our national rankings.

Woodward Academy will open the 5A playoffs against Veterans. The winner of that one gets the winner of No. 25 Blessed Trinity and Southwest DeKalb.
Walton takes a ten spot tumble this week after losing to unranked Marietta. The Raiders will head into the playoff ranked No. 22. Marietta re-enters the Top 25 at No. 21.
Walton draws No. 10 Colquitt County in the first round of the 7A playoffs.
