Later this afternoon, we’ll begin unveiling our 2023 High School Football America Academic All-America Team. The 4th annual team, honoring excellence in the classroom, will salute over 4,000 student-athletes.
For the fourth year in a row, our Academic All-America team is powered by scoutSMART.
scoutSMART uses its proprietary system that gives high school football student-athletes a scoutSMART FIT Score that analyzes a players’ stats, on-field skills and academics. scoutSMART then provides the information to college football coaches, at all-levels, around the nation.

We’ve been accepting nominations since February for student-athletes, who were a contributing member of a varsity program in 2023 with a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.7.
We will be releasing our Academic All-Americans state-by-state (alphabetical) through Friday. We’ll start with AAA’s from Alabama later today.
