Gretna reversed its early October loss to Elkhorn South to advance to the Class A state semifinals. The Dragons 14-7 win over Elkhorn South moves them to No. 3 in the latest High School Football America Nebraska Top 5, powered by NFL Play Football.

Next-up for Gretna is Omaha North, which continues its incredible postseason run. After knocking-off top-seeded Millard South in the opening round, the Vikings edged 8th-seeded North Platte 35-34.

On the other side of the bracket, defending champ Omaha Westside will face No. 2 Bellevue West.
