Harper Woods wins first Michigan high school football state championship

Harper Woods beat South Christian 33-27 Saturday at Ford Field, home of the Detroit Lions, for the Division 4 high school football championship. It’s the first-ever for the Sailors.

Junior quarterback Carson Vis had a huge game with 441 passing yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for 72 yards and one touchdown.
