Hartford, fresh-off its Division I championship, finishes the 2016 as the top team in the High School Football America Vermont Top 5 that is created with our proprietary algorithm. Burr and Burton had spent the entire season on-top of the rankings, but fell from the top spot when Bellows Falls beat them in Division II title game.
