Kahuku strengthened its grip on the top spot in the High School Football America Hawaii High School Football Top 5.  The Red Raiders (3-0), ranked #25 in USA TODAY Super 25, shutout previously unbeaten #4 Wai’anae (3-1) 28-0.

Kahuku ran the ball for an average of 5.5 yards per carry, while racking-up 242 yards on the ground, according to ScoringLive.com.  The defending Division I champs have now won 16 straight.

#2 St. Louis and #3 Punahou were idle and held their spots, while Mililani moves up to #4 after a 31-28 win over previously unbeaten Farrington (2-1).  Wai’anae drops a spot to #5.
